Welcome, Friends of Tiller Park
We are a community-run neighborhood organization that seeks to care and protect Tiller Park for play and safe recreation for the community. The idea for "Friends of Tiller Park" started with a few neighbors over a decade ago that decided to start picking up trash on their walks. That seed grew into into more of us, sometimes working independently and sometimes working together, to keep Tiller clean and safe.
We meet the 1st Saturday of the month at 9am to pick up trash, prune, and do what's needed as stewards of the park. Sometimes there's 1 of us, sometimes there are many. All that is needed is to bring your own supplies and care for the park like you would your own yard because Tiller Park belongs to the whole neighborhood community.
